Quota Managment Engine
The BroadHop Quota Management Engine (QME), moves SPs into a new world of flexibility for charging and managing quotas in a multi-service, multi-network environment with leading edge features, including:

- Per-Service Quota buckets, each individually configurable for (e.g. Data, Video, Voice, P2P) on either time or volume basis
- Multi-network quota services provides a single Quota manager for fixed and mobile service deployments
- Network control interface to leading network control points vendors, including BRAS, GGSN/PDSN, ASNGW
- Intelligent policy-based rules enable flexible rules to be enforced once quota is expired
- Standards based interface supports NGN charging and rating
